Evolution Multimedia Virtual Tour Help

Evolution Multimedia Virtual Tours require Sun's Java Runtime Environment and JavaScript to function properly.
If you have a problem viewing the tour panoramics or images follow these steps to ensure you have the correct
browser environment and settings.

In Internet Explorer:
1. Under the "Tools" menu choose "Internet Options..."
2. Select the "Advanced" tab and scroll down to find the "Java (Sun)" heading.
3. If you do not see this heading you will need to download and install Java. Follow the instructions below.
4. Make sure the box next to "Use Java (version #)" has a check mark in it.
5. If you had to check the box, restart your computer.

In Mozilla Firefox:
1. Under the "Tools" menu choose "Options..."
2. Select "Web Features" and check to make sure both "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript" have check marks next to them.
3. If you do not see an option for enabling Java you will need to download and install the Java software. Follow the
instructions below.

In Opera:
1. Under the "File" menu choose "Preferences..."
2. Select "Multimedia" and check to make sure both "Enable JavaScript" and "Enable Java" have check marks next to them.
3. If you do not see an option for enabling Java you will need to download and install the Java software. Follow the
instructions below.
In Netscape:
1. Under the "Edit" menu choose "Preferences..."
2. Select "Advanced" then "Scripts & Plug-ins".
3. Under the heading "Enable JavaScript for" make sure that "Netscape" has a check mark next to it.

If you follow the above instructions and still have difficulties you may need to update your browser and/or Java.
For Java, follow the instructions below.
To update your browser, visit the provider's site and follow upgrade/download instructions.

Download Java
1. In yuor browser go to http://java.sun.com/getjava
2. Follow the instructions for downloading and installing the Java software.
3. After installing Java, follow the above steps to make sure it is active then reload the tour page.
